With a large meeting/event room, bar area, spacious deck, and direct access to the ocean, the facility is rented by owners for private events consistently throughout the year. It is also widely used for POA events/clubs via the Women’s Club, Men’s Club, and Owners Only Day (deck days for Shipyard owners) for 100+ days every year.
